Irrespective of the number or location of the stores, our Account Manager organizes and co-ordinates service rendering and problem solving. First Line Support, HelpDesk and Field Maintenance services	One phone number in each Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia for either fixing in-store software or hardware problems, getting consultancy, or registering field service work. Detailed monthly report about all jobs performed. Different service levels available. 3rd party equipment call center function. 24/7/365 service available upon request.
Logistic services	Delivery of POS equipment, in-store PC equipment or scales; cabling, testing, on-site installation etc.
