Payment card servicing system services


Services of payment card servicing system are provided with a view to ensuring effective functioning of systems and facilitating the work of New Vision clients.

Consultations
We render consultations on matters of servicing payment cards, sales of GSM codes, encashment through the cash desk. Consultations can be provided by phone, e-mail and at the client's workplace. We provide system service for 24 hours a day. Where appropriate, a service specialist has remote access to the cash desk.

Personnel training
During and after installation we provide training to personnel on servicing of payment cards by means of the cash desk software. We highlight card solvency features and other requirements of Lithuanian banks.

Infrastructure solutions
We design and implement specialised network infrastructure solutions which guarantee particularly quick and safe communication between stores and banks.

Reports
We provide daily reports by e-mail on data transmitted to the bank. The client can choose the level of detail and other parameters of reports.
